Sun Wu Kong is unconvinced at first but has been enlightened by the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy Guanyin (Kelly Chen), so that he decides to go back to Monk Tang and fight Bai Gu Jing but didn't even know that Monk Tong has trapped and caught by Bai Gu Jing. Monk Tang’s life hangs by a thread, Sun Wu Kong rushes to save his master and start several fierce battles with the powerful Bai Gu Jing.

Kaifeng wakes up with a terrible hangover. His heart aches for his lost wife, Qiujie, as memories of the accident rush back to him. It was meant to be a romantic climbing holiday.
